Should you wish, for any reason to return an item you are unhappy with, you must first contact our customer service department at 1-800-332-3490 in advance of any returns to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization. Unless mutually agreed upon, all refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used for the item purchase within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. The merchandise must be in good working non-damaged condition. There is no restocking or handling fees for returns and the refund will be for the full item price only - return shipping and the original outgoing shipping will not be refunded unless the merchandise is covered under warranty (see below).
All products offered on our website come with a one year manufacturer's warranty against any material manufacturing defects. Our standard shipping is via FedEx Ground but we will ship via FedEx Express (Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air) at your request.
