We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect when you place an online order is name, address, phone, email address and IP address. We do not store credit card information except for the last 4 digits of the card number. We will not sell nor trade your personally identifiable information to anyone. Any personal and order information is secured by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software - the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.

Return and Refund Policy:

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on every product sold through our website. Should you wish, for any reason to return an item you are unhappy with, you must first contact our customer service department at 1-800-332-3490 in advance of any returns to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization. Unless mutually agreed upon, all refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used for the item purchase within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. The merchandise must be in good working non-damaged condition. There is no restocking or handling fees for returns and the refund will be for the full item price only - return shipping and the original outgoing shipping will not be refunded unless the merchandise is covered under warranty (see below).

Warranty Policy:

All products offered on our website come with a one year manufacturer's warranty against any material manufacturing defects. Should you have any problems, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-332-3490 in advance of any returns to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization under the warranty program. Any defective item will be replaced at no cost to you. Please be aware that manufacturing defects do not include damage caused by any animals (domestic or wild), willful changes to the construction of the item or improper intended use of the item. The warranty will be in effect for one year from the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt or credit card statement as these may be required by the manufacturer.

Shipping Policy:

We ship all in-stock merchandise out within one to two business days after receiving your online order - usually the next business day. Items clearly listed as out of stock or drop shipped from the manufacturer may take slightly longer. Should any item be out of stock or shipping be delayed, you will be notified via email. Our standard shipping is via FedEx Ground but we will ship via FedEx Express (Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air) at your request. Our quoted shipping cost is via FedEx Ground to the continental (lower 48) United States.
